How do I check the status of my order?

You can quickly verify how your purchase by clicking”My Account link that is located at the top of each page on our website.

You’ll require your email address registered with ZGallery.com and password to view the status of your order. If you place an order on ZGallerie.com you will receive an order confirmation email immediately, which will contain your order number and a summary.

What do you charge for shipping and handling?

How do I return an item?

If you would like to return your item or exchange it, comply with these steps:

Note: Seasonal, holiday or sale merchandise: Products that have prices that end with 9 are final sales and are not returnable or exchanged. Because of the seasonal nature of some products Christmas merchandise can’t be exchanged or returned after the the holiday date is over.
